After calling, 18 Postmenopausal women selected purposefully. Checking subjects equally set in two experimental and control groups. Checking subjects in experimental group, 2 sessions per week, Participated in program of Resistance Training for 16 weeks. In the second eight weeks Low-calorie diet added to practicing program. And In the second eight weeks, Benefited with the Low-calorie diet. In the fasting state, serum level of vitamin D, Calcium and PTH done, in three stages, one week before start of practicing program and 48 hours after the last practice session in first eight weeks and 48 hours after the last practice session in second eight weeks. Measuring Body Mass Index (BMI) done with the Inbody device. In order to analyze the data, ANOVA tests with repeated measures and Pearson correlation was used. The significance level of tests was consideredp≤0.05. The results shows that the combination of Resistance Training and Low-calorie diet with 8 weeks Resistance Training has no significant change in serum level of vitamin D, Calcium and PTH, and in experimental group BMI in the group was statistically significant. Also no significant relationship between serum level of Calcium and PTH with BMI didn’t seen, and the relationship between serum level of vitamin D and BMI just in the first eight weeks seen.
