GV158 : The relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship with organizational commitment (case study: employees of the Department of Sport)

Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between talent management and organizational entrepreneurship with organizational commitment among the employees of the Department of Sport and Youth Khorasan Razavi. The population of this research was all staff of sport and youth departments of the province (N= 280). that 183 persons of them were selected as study sample randomly. After evaluation of the questionnaires validity and reliability, talent management questionnaire (sayady, 1391), organizational entrepreneurship questionnaire (Covin & Slevin, 1986), and organizational commitment (Allen & Mayer, 1990) questionnaire was used to collect the data. The content validity of questionnaire confirmed by 10 experts and to determine the structural validity of the questionnaires, confirmatory factor analysis were applied. Then to determine the reliability of the questionnaires, a pilot study on 30 employee was conducted. The results of Cronbach’s alpha coefficient showed (talent management = 0.88) (organizational entrepreneurship = 0.92) (organizational commitment = 0.81) that the questionnaires have acceptable reliability..also, Used of Pearson correlation and Structural Equation Modeling to test the hypotheses. Findings indicated that taleny management has a significant and positive effect on the organizational entrepreneurship. Also, talent management showed a positive and significant direct and indirect effect on organizational commitment. In this model organizational entrepreneurship was a mediator variable. Another result of this research was the direct and significant effect of organizational entrepreneurship on organizational commitment. Endogenous Variables’ R-Square indicated that respectively 58 % and 19 %of the variance of organizational entrepreneurship and organizational commitment explained by exogenous variables. The model showed a good fit to the data.
