A sample of 216 individuals of the population are randomly selected and investigated carefully. By taking consideration of validity and reliability determination, the data is collected using three questionnaires which consist of 1) questionnaire of sportpersonship [Velrand et al., 1990], 2) questionnaire of the self-efficacy [Feltz et al., 1999] and, 3) questionnaire of the sport commitment [Skalen et al., 1993]. Face and content validity assessment of three questionnaires are performed by sports management experts. Confirmatory factor analysis is used in order to determine structure validity of three questionnaires. 30 individuals of wushu athletes are selected in order to preliminary study the reliability determination (sportsmanship=71%), (self-efficacy=88%) and, (sport commitment=81%). Results of Cronbach’s Alpha test confirm that the reliability of questionnaires is acceptable. Hypothesis testing is investigated by structural equation and Path analysis model. . Results showed relationship between both the sportsmanship and the self-efficacy of athletes and the sport commitment. The direct effects of sport on sport commitment (0.50) and self-efficacy and commitment (0.19) are significant. Finally, fitting indicators confirm the desirability of model fitting.
