Abstarct: Considering that it has been the second leading cause of death in the past few decades, A lot of research has been done in the world to find ways to treat this disease. There are many chemotherapy methods due to the attack of the medicinal substance on healthy cells. Targeted drug delivery makes it possible to use the minimum dose of the drug and to deliver the drug to the tumor site in a targeted manner. If anticancer drugs are attached to the surface of double laxyer hydroxides (LDH), these nanoparticles can be transferred to the target tissue. In this research, a new anticancer drug delivery system with fluorescence imaging capability and targeted drug delivery potential was developed. For this purpose, by using two mextal salts of calcium nitrate and nitrate equipment and by adjusting the pH to alkaline factors, the ground for LDH deposition has been prepared. With mextal frxamework precursors (MOF) which is a mextal salt and an organic ligand, this porous structure was formed on LDH laxyers. The properties and structure of nanoparticles were characterized using (BET), infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X-ray diffraction (XRD), field emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM) and EDS techniques, and the fluorescence property of the products was analyzed Fluorescence spectroscopy (PL) was investigated. The XRD results confirm the effect of the presence of alkaline agents in the synthesis medium on the crystallization of LDHs. The highest absorption rate related to LDH/MOF composite particles with a specific surface area of 65.574 m2/g is baxsed on the Langmuir model. Synthesized carbon quantum dots can be used as fluorescent nanocarriers in drug delivery systems. In the study of ultraviolet-visible absorption of LDH/MOF/CQDs composite, the maximum absorption was observed at 340 nm. The drug delivery behavior of this nanocomposite was evaluated with doxorubicin as a model drug.
