Abstarct: mines extraction system consists of several systems whose proper functioning is necessary to maintain continuous mining production. the first process in producing mineral material in exposed mines is drilling operations which are used in the operation of drilling systems such as Drill Wagon. For this reason, failure of the whole or part of them can be regarded as a threat to the decline in production and profitability of the mine. Unintentional cessation of the mining drilling system due to failure or turbulence and inability to return the system to pre-failure conditions will result in irreparable damage. Therefore, a new approach has been used as resilience so that the system should be able to return to its original condition and mode of operation as soon as possible. This dissertation analyzes the resilience of the Jajarm bauxite mine drilling system. From Jajarm bauxite mine drilling system, four subsystems of Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon 01, Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon Drill, Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon Drill and Sato Hydraulic Drill Wagon were examined for resilience analysis. Two approaches were used to calculate and analyze resilience. In the first method of analysis, resilience is calculated at any time and baxsed on two parameters of reliability and repairability. which were used For reliability and repairability analysis, statistical analysis method and minitab19 software. In the second method of analysis, the resilience is calculated over a period of time, but the resilience of the system cannot be calculated at the moment. Subsystem resilience analysis of the first method showed that the two subsystems of Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon 01 and Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon 02 have very high resilience and Atlas Hydraulic Drilling Wagon Subsystems 03 and Sato Hydraulic Drilling Wagon, the resilience of the subsystems reaches 96% after 50 hours. As a result, the repairability parameter has a greater effect on the resilience of subsystems. Also, the results of calculating the resilience of subsystems from the second method of resilience analysis showed that the two subsystems of Atlas Hydraulic Drill wagon 01 and Atlas Hydraulic Drill Wagon have higher resilience than other subsystems. Resilience analysis of the entire drilling system shows that the mine drilling system is fully resilient and all subsystem failures are quickly recovered.
