Abstarct: There are several methods for interpreting and processing potential field anomalies. In the depth estimation section, one can refer to the power spectrum method and the Euler deconvolution method, which is one of the most successful methods for geophysical data interpretation to identify the physical properties of geological structures modeling, more precisely. Euler's method is an automatic method for estimating the depth, shape and location of magnetic and gravity sources, baxsed on the application of field derivatives in the homogeneous Euler equation. In applying Euler's method, the determination of structural index and window size are very important parameters, which greatly affect the responses. In the power spectrum method, interpreting the data is performed in the frequency domain to avoid the mathematical complexity related to spectrum calculation. If the logarithm of the power spectrum obtained from the Fourier transform of the potential field data is projected versus the wave number values, the dominant factor in the obtained spectrum shape is the depth factor of the anomaly origin, and thus various depth to origins of the anomaly is measurable using this graph. In 3D modeling, the Lee-Oldenburg algorithm was used and was processed by MAG3D software. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the above methods, artificial models were considered. After applying the noise values, Euler depth estimation methods, power spectrum and 3D modeling were applied to the models, to compare each of these methods and also evaluate the parameters that affected the responses. Since the structure of the study area is in the form of a dyke, six artificial dyke models were considered at two depths of 30 and 40 meters. In the next step, using Euler depth estimation methods, power spectrum and 3D depth modeling, location and geometry of Shavvaz ore deposit was studied.
