Abstarct: Sangan anomalies are important ore mines in East Iran. In this thesis pit limit and mining planning are designed for C south and C north anomalies. The Datamine software is used for modeling and block model creating. Reserve estimation is account with three methods: Nearest Neighbor, Inverse Square of Distance and Ordinary Kriging. The ultimate pit is designed with NPV Sheduler Software. The results showed that the ultimate pit of Cn and Cs have respectively, 689797065 and 66184068 $ value. In next step, the mining planning is done with NPV Scheduler. Results showed that the life time of Cn is 26 years with 209741324 $ NPV and the life time of Cs is 7 years with 12181134 $ NPV. After mining Planning determined that the pits of two mines are not received together in life time of both mines
