Abstarct: Several factors affect the success of a mining project to day.It can pointed out to the economic factors, whereas in modern mining, considering all and its implementation is also very important. Because given significant investments in the mining sector, the opportunity and loss of capital are minimized and it had tobe consideredthe most efficient method at first.Since the selection of suitable extrection method is one of the most important factors in the project the refore, it must be decided from the beginning using the appropriate models and effective criteria for selecting suitable and optimal extraction methods. In this research, using multi criteria decision making model and can sidering the effective factors, the popplan berxit underground mine is the most appropriate extraction method in this study, with the helpof four experts working in the mine, 26 total criteria were valued at question naires, and 8 more important criteria, which had a higher averages score and a less standard deviation in comprason tables, the criteria were compared and weighted.Then, the compatibility rate and their final weight in the 5 proposed extraction methods were proposed in the method that had the highest weight and score, and analytic hierarehy process (AHP) was proposed as suitable extraction method.
