Abstarct: Natural gas is one of the cleanest energy sources which used in so many fields as industrial, household and transporting. Exhaust of this energy is very low and so friendly with nature and has little destructive effects on environment. The Sources of this energy are focuses in some areas and other countries need this energy are so far from them, therefore some strategies needed to export it to the other area. Two ways are usually used to export natural gas, first using pipeline to export it to destinations. This strategy usually use for short distance. For longer routes, usually using the other strategy which is liquefying natural gas. This method cause to reduce volume of natural gas about 1/600 and make it easy to export with special ships. Several methods exist to liquefying natural gas that each one has different equipment and capacity of produce. The recent methods have larger capacity. Liquefying natural gas consume high rate of energy. Therefore find strategies to reduce the rate of energy consumption help to have an economical and cheap unit of liquefying natural gas. Absorption chiller is a system which use from heat to creation cooling. Possibility of using an absorption chiller to cooling natural gas in a liquefying natural gas unit will survey.
