Abstarct: Beach tourism is one of the most attractive and popular branches of tourism. Today, attention to tourism is very important in many countries of the world as an income-generating factor, and many cities in the world have taken steps to attract more tourists and people by providing the necessary facilities and infrastructure. Iran also has 5773 km of coastal strip in the north and south of the country, it deals with the issues of land use, environmental protection and sustainable development in these areas. The southern shores of the Caspian Sea (with a length of 660 kilometers) with natural and geomorphological gifts, have been able to prove their competence compared to other coast lines of Iran. Due to its potentials such as low and sandy beaches (with a gentle slope and less than 1%), coastal wetlands and marshes (with special ecological conditions), the ideal combination of mountains, forest and sea, the presence of volcanic eruptions, etc., this area welcomes every year. There are millions of domestic and foreign tourists. In recent years, the development of tourism in Mazandaran coasts, regardless of the basic planning and capacity of the region, has caused adverse environmental effects and beach destruction, in this research, it has been tried to find a new and targeted method Find suitable tourism areas on the coasts of Mazandaran province. For this purpose, first by checking and researching the available technical resources, he examined and determined the effective factors in this type of location and they are in three main criteria of technical engineering, environmental and access and support and 15 sub-criteria including distance from the sea, distance from the wharf, distance from settlements, distance from the river, distance from the road network, distance from the fault, land use, climatic factors, slope, height, type of beach soil, density and vegetation, characteristics of sea water flow and the problem of return flows, factors Support and culture, closeness to the services were categorized, then using experts' opinion through Delphi questionnaire and pairwise comparison system, in the format of AHP and ANP methods, criteria were weighted after determining the weight of each criterion, the information laxyers of each criterion. It was created in the GIS environment and finally, the most suitable places for coastal tourism sites were introduced by superimposing information laxyers. baxsed on this, three regions of Mazandaran province have been presented in order to place tourism on the coasts of this province, so with proper planning to create coastal tourism sites in the proposed places, in order of priority, sustainable development of tourism and reciprocally the economic development of the region along with It will lead to the preservation of natural and biological resources.
