Abstarct: The pollution of various petroleum products in storage tanks of the oil industry is one of the most dangerous and harmful pollutions of the environment, and due to the complex lixnks of the structure and toxicity, the treatment of this type of pollution requires efficient and environmentally friendly technologies. be Due to the serious threats of oil pollution in surface water sources, underground water, receiving soil and the health of humans and living organisms, in this research, ozone micronano bubble and air micronano bubble technology are used to treat sludge sewage pollution in storage tanks and Evaporation pond wastewater is also used in the oil industry. Also, the functional ability of micro-nano bubbles was compared with macro bubble diffusers in a range of environmental conditions, ozone concentration and air. The results of tests on 3 samples of oil sludge wastewater with initial COD values of 15000 mg/liter, 10000 mg/liter and 2000 mg/liter. and 1 sample of evaporation pond effluent with initial COD value of 3000 mg grams per liter led to promising results. After 4 hours of injecting minab ozone to the sample with initial COD of 15000 mg/liter, COD value was 78.8 and turbidity value was reduced by 87.71% and 40.5% and 43.86% respectively by macrobubble method. At the initial concentration of 10,000 mg/liter, the amount of COD was 85% and the amount of turbidity was 84.4% with the micro-nano-bubble method, and 43.9% and 44.72% with the macro-bubble method, respectively. In the initial amount of 2000 mg/liter, the amount of COD and turbidity has been removed by 91.8% and 63.05% in the ozone minab method and 54% and 57.36% in the normal ozone bubble spreader method, respectively. . In the effluent sample of evaporation hatchery with the initial concentration value of 3000 mg/liter after 6 hours of the purification process, the amount of reduction of COD and turbidity in the micro-nanobubble method was 84.7% and 86.58% in the macrobubble method respectively. The order is 31.6% and 6.78%. The obtained results show the very effective effect of micronanobubble technology compared to macrobubbles (normal) and it has the ability and high efficiency in purifying various oil pollution in a short time.
