Abstarct: Pedestrian safety has always been a public health challenge. Every year, many people are injured or killed in traffic accidents while crossing the street. These accidents increase especially near public places such as schools, mosques and parks. Speed Humps are common in the passageways to reduce the speed of vehicles and thus improve the safety and mobility of pedestrians, especially on pedestrian crossing. In this study, one of the speed calm tools used throughout the world is investigated. Speed Humps are widely used in our country as well, but many of them do not meet international standards on location and proper installation, which makes these tools less effective in controlling vehicle speeds. The purpose of this study is to investigate and challenge Speed Humps in rainy conditions. Roads become wet during the rain and the driver's vision is reduced. It also affects the behavior of pedestrians. The results show that the safety relationship with the distance between speedhump and pedestrian crossing is not a linear relationship and the average distance 10 meters between speed hump and pedestrian crossing is the most secure for pedestrians, both on a normal day and on a rainy day. Although rain changes the behavior of the road user, it has no effect on changing the safety rankings of pedestrian crossings.
