Abstarct: In this research the sewage sludge ash once separately and once with lime with the constant ration of 4 to 1 in eight values (SSA(%2)، SSA(%4)، SSA(%8)، SSA(%16)، SL(%2)، SL(%4)، SL(%8) , SL(%16)) and in six different processing times (60, 28, 14, 7, 3 and 90 days) was added to the soil as stabilizer. In order to understand the impact of additives, experiments such as congestion with two repetition times, pinhole and direct cut each with three repetition times were conducted on the samples. This research has shown that with increase of additive, the optimum humidity increases and the dry density decreases. Also findings show that increase of SAA has no effect in the non-divergence of the soil but if this material is used alongside the lime, the divergence of the soil with 8% additive and in three days period vanishes. Whereas the divergence of the mentioned soil with 7% lime disappears solely in three days period. The findings of straight cut also show that with addition of SAA up to 8% the straight cut resistance increases and after that the resistance decreases whereas with the increase of SL the resistance is still increasing. Time has a great role in the cut resistance so that with increase of the time the cut resistance of soil sample with addition of SSA and SL in each state increases.
