In order to evaluate the use of mycorrhizae and phosphorus fertilizer, the maize and quinoa mixture was planted using experimental replacement method in two research farms of Shahrood University of Technology in Shahrood and Miamey regions. This experiment was analysed by combined analysis; In this study, a factorial experiment was designed and implemented using a Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications during the two years 2022-2023.Phosphorus fertilizer was applied at three different levels 50, 100, and 150 kg ha-1 while also considering the presence or absence of mycorrhiza. Cropping ratios included individual cultivation of quinoa, maize, and cropping ratios of 50:50, 75:25, and 25:75 (Maize: Quinoa). Agricultural, physiological and growth characteristics were investigated in this experiment. baxsed on the results of the experiment, the highest plant height of Maize (202.8 cm), Quinoa (81.3 cm), Maize seed yield (4802.6 kg ha-1), and Quinoa yield (2604.1 kg ha-1) was observed in 100 % cropping ratio of Maize and Quinoa + p 50 kg ha -1 + mycorrhiza inoculation in Mayamey region. As a result of the study, in Quinoa the highest amount of chlorophyll a (2.2 mg g-1 fresh weight), chlorophyll b (75. mg g-1 fresh weight), total chlorophyll (2.88 mg g-1 fresh weight) and carotenoid (0.85 mg g-1 fresh weight) was obtained in the treatment of (cropping ratio of 100% Quinoa + p 50 kg ha -1 + inoculation of mycorrhiza) in Shahrood region. whiles in Mize, the highest amount of chlorophyll a (4.78 mg g-1 of fresh weight), chlorophyll b (3.5 mg g-1 fresh weight), total chlorophyll (8.28 mg g-1 fresh weight) and carotenoid (3.97 mg g-1 fresh weight) was observed in the treatment of (50% cropping ratio + p 50 kg ha -1 + mycorrhiza inoculation) in mayamey region. baxsed on the results of means comparison, the highest land equality ratio (LER) was observed in 50% cropping ratio + mycorrhizal inoculation and use of p 50 kg ha -1. The greatest decrease or actual increase in total yield (AYL) was also observed in the cropping ratio of 25% quinoa + 75% Maize and use of p 50 kg ha -1 and mycorrhiza inoculation in Mayamei region. Also, the highest colonization percent of quinoa (44.6%), was observed in the treatment of cropping ratio of 25% Quinoa / 75% Maize + use of p 50 kg ha -1 + mycorrhizal inoculation. The highest amount colonization in Maize (82%), was obtained in cropping ratio 100 % Maize cultivation use of p 50 kg ha -1 with mycorrhiza inoculation.
