Abstarct: baxsed on the effects of organic substances and growth regulators on the growth and nutrition of plants, especially in the greenhouse, the effect of humic acid and salicylic acid on the growth, yield and some physicochemical properties of greenhouse cucumber (Cucumis sativus L.) Negin variety was studied. This study was conducted in the form of a factorial experiment baxsed on a randomized complete block design in 3 replications. The experimental factors included foliar spraying with salicylic acid and feeding with humic acid, which salicylic acid was applied as foliar spraying in two stages (flowering time and fruit development time) at zero concentration (control), 0.5 and 1 mM and feeding with Humic acid along with irrigation water had concentrations of zero (control), 2.5 and 5 gr per square meter. In this research, traits such as stem diameter, fruit length, fruit fresh weight, fruit dry weight and fruit firmness, fruit nitrogen and potassium, leaf area index, plant height, flowering time, leaf potassium and nitrogen, photosynthetic pigments and catalase enzymes. and superoxide dismutase were investigated. The results of this research showed that the application of humic acid caused a significant increase in fruit length, fruit firmness, fruit dry weight, chlorophyll b, carotenoid. Also, among the three concentrations of humic acid used, the concentration of 5 grams per square meter improved fruit nitrogen and potassium, leaf area index, plant height, leaf nitrogen, chlorophyll a and catalase enzyme. The positive effect of increasing humic acid concentration was also seen in traits such as cucumber fruit length (17.24%), fruit firmness (9.02%), fruit nitrogen (45%) and fruit potassium (19%). Spraying salicylic acid at a concentration of 1 mM led to a significant increase in nitrogen (18%) and fruit potassium (6%), leaf surface index, plant height (8.71%), leaf potassium (18.10). percent), chlorophyll a (67.24 percent) and catalase enzyme (36.84 percent). Increasing the concentration of salicylic acid also improved traits such as leaf area index, plant height, fruit potassium and fruit nitrogen. Therefore, the application of salicylic acid concentrations of 1 millimolar and humic acid concentrations of 5 grams per square meter can improve the growth and performance of cucumber plants by improving the length of the fruit, photosynthetic pigments and increasing the absorption of nutrients.
