Abstarct: In this research , the fauna of prostigma mite and their biodiversity were investigated in the northern regions of Damghan city in 2020-2021. Soil sampling was collected from areas that have a high humidity. In this study, a total of 6952 mite were isolated and slides, and a total of 32 species from 15 families of preostigma mite were identified, among which three species are new to the fauna of the world, and two species were reported for the first time from Iran. The order is marked with (*) and (**) respectively. By using biodiversity indicators in the six sampling areas, the Bdellidae family has the highest frequency (19.77 percent) and the Camerobiidae family shoewd the lowest frequency (0.14 percent).
