Abstarct: Many studies on the marjoram composition analysis showed a properties of biological,
pharmacological and antimicrobial antioxidant and inhibit species reactive oxygen
can be used to study the effect of extract on soybean on the farm of shahrood
University in 1393 in the form of a factorial randomized complete block design with
three was replications. The treatments include pre-treatment extract of marjoram in five
levels (no pretreatment, pretreatment with marjoram extract each for 40 and 60% at 6
and 9 hours) as the first factor and foliar aplication with Marjoram extract in three
levels (foliar with water , Marjoram concentration of 40% and 60%) as the second
factor. Marjoram extract method was used 100 grams of dried marjoram leaves in
time 45 minutes 75 degrees. foliar application at 60 and 85 days after planting was
done. The results showed pretreatment marjoram extract increased Characteristics
agronomy and physiological such as dry weight stem, leaf area index, number of seeds
per pod, grain weight, grain yield, chlorophyll a, b and total, carotenoids, leaf relative
water content and protein content, enzymes catalase, ascorbate peroxidase and
peroxidase. pre treatment seed time 9 hours compared to 6 hours in most of the traits
measured the highest was created. foliar with marjoram extract also increased in most
of traits such as leaf and pod dry weight leaf and stem, number of branches, leaf area
index, number of pods per plant, number of grain per pod, grain weight, grain yield, the
stability of the plasma membrane leaves, chlorophyll a, b and total, anthocyanins,
carotenoids, protein yield and seed oil, the enzymes catalase, ascorbate peroxidase,
peroxidase, flavonoids, sugars was soluble. Among the compounds studied treatment
foliar concentrations of 40%, with 6 hours of pre treatment with a concentration of
40% with marjoram extract effective treatments combination.in order to increase the
agronomy characteristics composition of pre treatments 9 hours at a concentration of
60% with a concentration of 60 % foliar of Marjoram extract many physiological traits
improve was. Increase the duration of pre treatment seed with foliar and marjoram
extract increased catalase activity in leaves of plants that seed them first 9 hours with
both concentrations 40 and 60% and then 60% concentration pre treatment marjoram
Marjoram was foliar.
