Abstarct: With respect to the use of organic fertilizers, disadvantages of chemical fertilizers and urgent needs to increase productivity from available lands, a factorial experiment to investigate the effect of biofertilizers including bacteria Rhizobium (2 levels inoculated and non-inoculated) and Thiobacillus (2 levels inoculated and non-inoculated) and Granulated sulfur fertilizer (at 3 levels of zero, 65 and 130 kg per hectare) on soybean yield components and some quantitative and qualitative characteristics of the M9 cultivar was applied. baxsed on the results, the highest number of seeds per plant (75.83) in the treatment of Thiobacillus and Rhizobium was showed. The total chlorophyll content of inoculation with Rhizobium (0.26 mg per gram of fresh leaf) than controls (0.2 mg-g g) showed a significant difference. In the case of soy protein percentage as the main effects in M9 cultivar, Rhizobium and Thiobacillus bacteria and sulfur, were significant. The percentage of oil in the all treatments were not significant. Inoculated soybean with Rhizobium was significant and increases leaf area index (3.9) compared to control (3.7) to the extent of 5.12 percent. Inoculated with Thiobacillus also increased 1.9 percent compared to control the amount of leaf area index. The yield and main components of soybean yield include number of pods per plant, seed weight, seed number and total biological yield which inoculated with Rhizobium bacteria and Thiobacillus and 130 pounds of sulfur per hectare, showed the highest value amount compared to the other treatments used in this study and the results of this treatments are suitable for soybean growth .
