Abstarct: he present study was conducted to evaluate combination of sulfur, vermicompost, and Thiobacillusthiooxidans inoculation on some physical and chemical properties of soil and yield and yield components of seed corn. For such study, an experiment was carried out on Jovein desert in a completely randomized design with factorial arrangement: Elemental sulfur at three rates, 0kg/ha (S0), 500kg/ha (S1), 1000kg/ha (S2),vermicompost at two rates, 0kg/ha (V0), 5000kg/ha (V1), and inoculation without (T0) and with (T1)T. thiooxidans, in three replications. Results of Analysis of variance of treatments showed that elemental sulfur was significantly cause to increase electrical conductivity, water-soluble phosphorus, zinc, iron, solphat, and decrease acidity, saturation percent and field capacity percent in soil. In plant sulfur was significantly cause to increase height, weight of hunderedseed, weight of thousanseed, number of rows, number of seeds per row, over the ear, yield and yield of biological.Vermicompost was significantly cause to increase electrical conductivity, water-soluble phosphorus, zinc, iron, solphat, saturation percent and field capacity percent and decrease acidity in soil. In plant also had a significant and positive effect on all of masured properties.T. thiooxidans had a significant and positive effect on electrical conductivity, water-soluble phosphorus, zinc, iron, solphat, and negative effect on acidity and field capacity percent in soil. But was not significanton organic carbon, total nitrogen and saturation percent. In plant also had a significant and positive effect on all of magured properties. Interactive effects between sulfur and vermicompost wassignificant and positive on water-soluble phosphorus, zinc, iron, solphat, saturation percent and field capacity percent and significantly cause to decrease acidity. But had not a significant on electrical conductivity. In plant, interactive effects between sulfur and vermicompost had a significant and positive effect only on yield and yield of biological.
