Abstarct: Sustainable agriculture as a farming systems approach is includedthedependenceoffarmerstoreduceagriculturalinputsand increase farm profitability, decrease in environmental degradation and loss of balance between the generations.Vermicompost is modifying the physical, chemical and biological properties of the soil. Thiobacillus bacteria increases the absorption ability to certain nutrients like zinc, iron, sulfur and especially phosphorus. Sulfur addition to its nutritional role by modifying the soil pH and increase in nutrient uptake of plants can enhance the growth and nitrogen fixation in the plant. In order to study the interaction of sulfur, Thiobacillus bacterium and vermicompost on some chemical and physical properties of soil and some properties of soybean ,this experiment has been conducted inthesummer of1389 inthe Temer Ghareghouzi villagelocated in theKalale city as factoriel split plot experiment, with study on the DPX soybean veriety. Results of analysis of variances determined that, of agronomic traits on plant height in 5% and yield, seed oil and seed protein in 1% were significant. Characteristicsof thestudiedsoil levelsof soilnitrogen, moisture contentby weight, the amount ofgypsum, limerate in 5% and potassiumuptakerates, porosity, bulk density and the amount ofphosphorus in 1%wassignificant. The interaction betweenthethreefactor (Vermicompost, granularsulfur andThiobacillus bacterium) onplant height, Yield, protein, soilporosity, bulk density, gypsumandphosphorus uptakein soilissignificant. Simultaneousapplication ofvermicompost andThiobacilluswith0.5tperha sulfur cause increased in phosphorusuptake from soil with the rate of 22.7ppm, gypsum of 1.3%, seed protein content of 43.4% and porosity rate of 54.8% respectively. Application ofvermicompost andThiobacilluswith rate of1000 kgperha, sulfur had greatest impactin plant yield of 4003.3 kg per ha. Application ofvermicompost with rate of1000 kgperha, sulfur had greatest impactintheplant heightof58.66cm. 1000 kgof sulfurusedinnonapplication ofvermicompostThiobacillus Greatest impactinthesoilbulk densityof1.29grper cm3was; On the other hand, theuse ofvermicompost and Thiobacilluswith500 kgof sulfurfertilizer had minimalimpact onthebulk density(1.17 grper cm3). In application ofvermicompost andThiobacillustheamount ofseed oil of was 20.42%, in use of vermicompostwith 500kg ofsulfur the rate of seed oil 20.31% and in without useofThiobacillusandsulfur seed oil rate20.45%. In use of vermicompost with 500 kgof sulfurwas themoisture contentby weightof8.7%respectively. In simultaneousapplication ofvermicompost andThiobacillus cause soil limewas 6.19%, respectively.
