Abstarct: In order to evaluation of seed priming an experiment was carried out as split plot factorial booed on random completely block design (RCBD) with four Replication in Agricultural Research Station of Shahrood university of Technology, During 2006-2007, The treatments included nitrogen levels (150, 250, 350 kg/ha) as main factor and seed priming (prime and non-prime) and corn cultivars (SC704, KOSS444) of two levels as sub plot were selected. The result showed that seed yield, biological yield, harvest index, Number of row per ear, Number of seed per row, 1000- seed weight, ear length, ear diameter, leaf numerous, height plant, leaf area index, crop growth rate and net assimilation rate for primed S.C704 cultivar was most. Nitrogen levels affect yield and yield component significantly. And 350 Kg/ha produced must yield. The interaction between nitrogen and cultivar, nitrogen and priming was significant for all of traits but interaction between cultivar and seed priming was affected significantly except for 1000-seed weight, length and diameter of ear. Also, interaction between cultivar and nitrogen was not significant for ear diameter. As a result priming improved yield and yield components of cultivars and S.C704 was better than KOSS444. Increase of nitrogen had positive correlation with nitrogen levels. Laboratory study was conducted in Department of Plant Agriculture at Shahrood University of technology during 2007. The experiment was established in a factorial with Randomized Complete Design with four replication; Treatments included seed priming (Primed and Non-primed) and Cultivars (Sc704, Koss444). Results showed that seed priming was not significantly effect on germination percentage but it was significantly effects on germination time and emergence rata index. The interaction effects between cultivars × priming was not significantly on germination percentage and emergence rata index. But it was significantly effects on germination time.
