Abstarct: The study area is arid region with area about 360 km2. It is located in 15 km W of Torud and 120 km S of Shahrood. This region has three main catchment with names Chahmusa catchment, Vajaru catchment and Sartakht catchment. Despite severe shortage of water in this region and low quality of groundwater, in these catchments considerable volume of flood with high quality flow out annually and enter directly to salin lands in south of Torud and is wasted. In this study survey the quantity and quality of floods of these catchments and represent management solution for halter flood of every catchment. For quantitive survey in these catchments, for lack rain data in them, use rain data of Torud stop With 25 years long term. And estimate amount of runoff for different return priods, with use Rational methods, for every catchment. According to the obtained result, amount of runoff for return priod 5 year in Chahmusa catchment, Vajaru catchment and Sartakht catchment are about 1.3, 2.4 and 0.6 milion km3 respectively. And for return priod 100 years are 2.3, 4.3 and 1.0 milion km3 respectively. For qualitive survey of flood qualitive parameters of flood and groundwater of region surveyed and compared. Get results demonstrate quality of flood is very better than quality of groundwater of region. Finally, with regard to qualitive and quantitive parameters of flood of these catchments and physical parameters of every catchment, for Vajaru catchment perpose make earth dam and for Chahmusa catchment and Sartakht catchment perpose make artificial recharge networks.
