Abstarct: The atomic nucleus is a complex system consisting of the interaction of particles with this shell structure. Theoretical understanding of structures and gap requires the introduction of a suitable model. Studying the static properties of nuclei in the shell and cluster model is one of the challenges of nuclear physics. However, researchers have found that nuclear systems are baxsed on quantum mechanics. Many of the features and phenomena that occur within the nucleus are still mysterious and unknown. Structural models are used in the study and identification of isotopes. Cluster model and shell model are among the efficient and popular models in studying the static properties of nuclei, such as determining the ground state energy and charge radius, magnetic dipole and electric quadrupole, etc. In this research, we have used cluster model and shell model. The cluster model is baxsed on the hypothesis that nuclei can be thought of as small clusters of nucleons that are grouped together. The most important of these clusters are alpha particles (2 protons, 2nutrons). Then, considering a many-body system and choosing the proper potential for the interaction between particles, we calculated the coefficients of potential and found the eigen-value of energy, and knowing the ground state of wavefunction, we calculated some static characteristics of the mentioned isotopes (Cu, Li).
