Abstarct: Due to the importance of surface properties of materials, it is necessary to modify the surface properties of materials. The development of ongoing research in the field of physics and surface engineering indicates the importance of this field, especially in its industrial applications. For example, many mextal parts for industrial applications require modification of mechanical, thermal, and optical behaviors, and need to be more resistant to abrasion or thermal shocks. For example, cutting and drilling tools, impact molds and plastic injection molds that need to improve surface properties in the face of mechanical processes and thermal shocks. One of the available options for modifying the mechanical and thermal properties of mextal surfaces is the use of ceramic nanocoatings. On the other hand, sometimes the industry needs coatings that, in addition to high hardness, must also have good optical transparency. In this research, the coating of titanium and silica ceramic laxyers, which are prepared from silicon and titanium alkoxides, has been investigated as ceramic coatings on mextal substrates. Immersion method has been chosen to cover these laxyers according to the goal of achieving industrializable methods, because in addition to the possibility of easy and cheap industrialization, the possibility of uniform laxyering for parts with complex geometric shapes. Also provides. Synthesized and laminated samples with different composition percentages, different synthesis conditions and laminating were subjected to structural, optical and mechanical analyzes. The XRD diffraction pattern shows the presence of amorphous phase compounds especially for SiO2. The presence of Si-O-Si, Ti-O-Ti and Ti-O-Si bonds is also seen in FTIR analysis. The thickness and uniformity of the coating are visible in SEM analyzes and the effect of viscosity on the uniformity of the coating is shown. UV-Vis analysis also shows high transmittance of optical spectrum and very low percentage of light absorption. Hardness and abrasion resistance analyzes along with the mentioned analyzes indicate that the quality of the obtained samples is desirable in terms of mechanical and optical properties and according to the existing industrial needs for scratch-resistant and transparent coatings and also Considering the mechanism of synthesis and laxyering of mextal parts, there is the necessary potential for the development of this research on a semi-industrial scale.
