Abstarct: By using of the properties of SU(1,1) group, and considering a coherent quantum system for a two dimensional damping harmonic oscillator, we determine the energy of the systems, eigen states of the coherent states and also we determine the conditions of the damping and ultra-damping and by using of the Lewis-Riesenfeld method, we calculate the time evolution of the system. For this purpose, in the first, we write the Hamiltonian of the system and by using the Hamilton-Jacobi equation, we obtain the equation of the particle and then by using Heisenberg algebra we quantize the system and we obtain the coherent states of such system. We see that for such a system, we cannot determine the time evolution by time evolution operator and we have to use the Lewis-Riesenfeld method for determining the time evolution.
