Abstarct: In this experimental research work we have studied morphological, structural, optical and electrical properties of nanostructured thin laxyers of pure copper oxide (CuO) and CuO/ZnO:Al heterojunction structure grown by spray pyrolysis method. For physical characterization of samples we have used filed emission scanning electron microscope (FESEM), X-ray Diffraction (XRD), UV-Vis spectroscopy, current-voltage measurement and Seebeck effect experiment. In fabrication of nanostructured CuO laxyers produced by copper acetate mono hydrate precursor various parameters were investigated. These parameters are including: the substrate temperatures (250, 30, 350, 400 and 450 ºC), spray rate (1.6, 2.3 and 5 ml/min) and precursor concentration (0.05, 0.10 and 0.15 M). In the last section we studied the electrical and optoelectrical properties of CuO/ZnO:Al heterostructure fabricated on transparent conductive laxyer of FTO.
