Abstarct: Since the evaluation is an essential part of each teacher, duty and it is a duty that teachers deal with it all the time , this research intends to investigate the view of instructors and mathematic students of mathematic Department in Shahrood University about the quality and different ways of evaluation of students knowledge in fuzzy form and offering some suggestions in this regard. the first chapter intends to investigate the general issues of the research including subject and importance of the research and review of literature . the second chapter deals with the basic concepts and definitions of fuzzy logic and fuzzy systems as well as educational evaluation. the third chapter intends to analyze the present condition of General Mathematics 1 and 2 in Mathematical college of Shahrood University with the aid of SPSS statistical software and fuzzy logic. In addition , since evaluation and learning level of the students is a kind of descxriptive and qualitative matter. the fourth chapter suggests a new method of students evaluation by using fuzzy logic. the fifth chapter presents season a new method of students classification on the basis of fuzzy systems. Moreover, Conclusion and some suggestions for further studies and appendices can be found in the next chapters.
