Abstarct: In this thesis first, we recall the definitions and basic properties of commutative and noncommutative rings. Then we investigate the McCoy rings and examine the examples of this rings. Also, the concepts of reversible right duo and Armandariz rings are known to play important roles in ring theory and independent of one another. In this thesis we focus on a concept that can unify them, calling it a ring Armendariz like ring, but not Armandariz (reversible or right due), we show the difference between right Armendarizlike ring and strongly right McCoy. Finally, for a regular ring R, it is proved that R is right Armendariz like if and only if R is strongly right McCoy if and only if R is Abelian it is shown that a ring R is right Armendarize like if and only if so the classical right quotient ring.
