Abstarct: Today, paying attention to light and the importance of its presence in the environment is one of the important topics. Also, most people spend most of their time at their workplace, and the design and organization of their work environment is one of the important and influential factors in their lives. In this research, we investigate the factors affecting the design of office spaces and the importance of natural light in office environments. According to the investigations, the presence of natural light and its presence in the environment is effective on the mental health of employees, and if there is a lack of light, people suffer from depression and mental problems, and it also affects the physical health of employees, including their physical health and safety.Light and its combination with space in office environments increase work efficiency and create a better sense of environment in employees, and improve the quality of the environment and better interaction between employees and visitors, reduce the consumption of electricity and gas, and make more useful use of daylight. to be In this research, the building of the General Office of Registration of Deeds and Properties in Isfahan province was examined and according to the field data obtained and the interviews conducted in the MAX QDA software, we obtained a diagram and a model that shows the factors affecting people's dissatisfaction with Light is the environment, and as a result, we reached the consequences of the absence of natural light in the environment.
