Abstarct: Nowadays, due to excessive population growth and human exploitation of nature, the natural landscape of the cities has been damaged. Ecological urban landscape has a significant impact on the formation of urban spaces, because by emphasizing the values of the natural environment, it can evoke the presence of nature in cities. With the accurate and appropriate design of the ecological landscape, the possibility of revitalizing urban spaces is provided and it creates a balance between the needs of humans and the environment. Lack of attention to the quality of public spaces can be seen in the process of designing urban spaces, vitality in urban spaces is not separate from this. For this reason, it is natural to pay attention to architectural and landscape design, development, protection and restoration of ecology because it increases the quality of human activities. In recent years, "Mashhad" has suffered many ecological and social damages due to incorrect planning and bad management. Unauthorized constructions have caused a decrease in the social satisfaction of citizens. One of the major ecological problems of this city is the destruction of the natural texture of the mountains and foothills. The destruction of the southwestern mountains of Mashhad, the construction of highways and residential complexes have caused the loss of green spots in these areas, the destruction of plant and animal habitats, the destruction of waterways, the habitat of animals, the destruction of mountaineers, etc. This has caused ecological problems. In this research, the connecting route of Hashemiyeh Street between the intersection of Namaz Boulevard and the Kouh Park project has been examined. The purpose of this research is not only to transform the natural ecology of the region into balanced biological conditions, but also to pay attention to the effect of the quality of the region on the ecology of Mashhad According to the potentials in this area, there is a possibility of enlivening the public space that will make people gather and spend their free time in that area. In other words, this research seeks to find a balance between ecological and human needs, which improves the quality of social life. First, the theoretical foundations related to the urban ecological landscape and vitality factors of urban spaces are examined; Data collection is through library studies and electronic searches. Then, by using the obtained model of the integration of available documents and environmental studies, it examines the problems of the Hashemiyeh-Kuhpark axis. In the last step, the landscape design is done in line with the ecological development of Hashemiyeh-Kuhpark axis by using the strategies of creating a lively public space, improving the structures of the artificial environment and human activity. Among the most important proposed solutions, we can mention: continuity of the vegetation of the target area, natural restoration of the river path, recreational-commercial-cultural uses, various walking and cycling routes, cooperative activities, a resting place for mountaineers, an urban viewpoint, and so on.
