Certainty in Choice, different herd behavior inducing signals has taken into account from eWOM literature. Data has been gathered baxsed on standard conjoint-analysis questionnaires and in order to study the hypotheses, preference list of the population has been deducted using the Kemeny-Young method and Dis&Approval voting procedures in social choice science. Also, divergent in the signals doesn’t confuse most of consumers; it even makes them choose more than just one App. Conclusion: In the end, we discuss about the new findings of our study and their conformity with previous works and also ask new questions for forthcoming studies in this field.
