HA84 : the effect of market structure on medicine and food exporting firms in Tehran stock exchange

Abstarct: Evolution in competitive theories and reversal of the assumption which says all corporations are coherent, revealed the importance of corporates characteristics and environmental factors such as market structure in business. The approach in investigating business issues has been averted from macro scale, such as currency rate and inflation, to micro scale, such as corporate size, advertisement costs and market structure. In this research we studied a model including factors like price features, market structure, and other corporate characteristics, to determine which factors influence food and medicine corporations' export, including 31 corporations and 11 four-digit ISIC, during 1380 to 1389. The results denotes the positive impact of inflation rate and currency rate on export, and negative impact of GNP on export and positive impact of market structure and advertisement costs on export.
