Abstarct: The main purpose of this study is to examine the financial strategies of Karafarin Insurance Company and prioritize them. The financial strategy is a complete plan which should be done. This plan determines the direction of the organization. Selecting an appropriate financial strategy is a complex and even risky. Because each strategy direct the organization to a special competitive condition and determines how managers have to plan to make strengths and weaknesses match opportunities. The way of financing is different, according to special conditions and sometimes there are series limits and many problems. Recognizing correct financial strategies empower the firms to achieve their strategic goals. After determining strategies, we have to prioritize them with an appropriate method of decision making. AHP technic is a good way for assessment strategies, but it doesn’t consider the dependencies among factors. AHP method is baxsed on independency of factors. But this is not always true. So in this project, we have determined the priorities and considered the dependencies of factors.
