Health is one of the most fundamental rights of any society and the axis of development; And the health sector is one of the main sectors of a country's economy, which is considered as an infrastructure sector in the process of economic development. In recent years, due to rising incomes, the per capita demand for health services (due to the elasticity of demand for this type of services) has increased. Given that health services are considered a public good, governments have always committed themselves to make every effort to provide better services. Due to the importance of health in the country, we seek to assess the impact of government budget expenditures on health and, consequently, on the health of the people and the improvement of diseases. The importance of public health and increasing public demand for health services with increasing per capita income and government efforts to meet the legitimate demands of the people are among the most important goals. One of the main goals of policy makers in the health sector of each country has been easy access to health services for all segments of society. Individual access to health care is considered as a fundamental right and social goal, so the concern of developing and developed countries is to be able to provide adequate health services and access to all people. In this study, baxsed on appropriate statistical methods and using the figures of the World Health Organization and the World Bank and the Statistics Center of Iran and using software and cable, we investigate the impact of health care costs in health services with a dynamic model approach of Iran.
