HA464 : Investigating the impact of spirituality on positive employee behaviors by considering the mediating role of perceived organizational support. (Case study Pars investment casting company employees)

Abstarct: In today's business world, attention has been paid to organizational institutionalizing factors, including spirituality and organizational support, as important promoters of positive employee behaviors. This research aims to examine the impact of spirituality on positive employee behaviors by considering the mediating role of perceived organizational support. The method of the current research is practical in terms of its purpose, and in terms of its method, it is a survey descxriptive research. The statistical population of this research is 400 employees of Pars Precision Casting Company in 1402, out of which 196 people were selected as the study sample according to Cochran's formula by simple random method. The required data were collected using a standard questionnaire. In this research, a standard questionnaire was used to collect information. Reliability was evaluated using McDonald's Omega coefficient, and face and content validity were evaluated and confirmed by the opinion of the supervisor and experts. Also, the analysis of the obtained data has been done using SPSS and 4pls statistical software. The results showed that spirituality has a positive and significant effect on employees' positive behaviors, and this relationship is strengthened by perceived organizational support as a mediating variable.
