Abstarct:   The supply chain is an important plaxyer in today's industry and business, whose performance affects other supply chains and macroeconomic levels in addition to the surrounding environment. This critical element must be constantly improving performance and increasing efficiency, and plaxyers in any supply chain must imagine themselves in competition without a finish line. In the path of growth and development of supply chains, sustainable performance is a highway to a fair success that, in addition to the present generations, future generations will also taste its sweetness. In the meantime, the drug supply chain is a chain that, due to its strategic nature, should move at a double speed in this direction, and the four industry is a suitable tool to speed up the aforementioned movement and realize a stable pharmaceutical supply chain. Therefore, in this research, in order to evaluate the role of eight technologies from the achievements of the fourth industry in improving the stability of the country's drug supply chain, using the fuzzy Delphi method and Seca's multi-criteria decision-making method, the stability criteria of the country's drug supply chain were identified and baxsed on the mentioned factors, eight industry 4.0 technologies were ranked. In the results, product life cycle management and the use of renewable resources are the most effective criteria, and artificial intelligence and big data are the most effective technologies.
