Abstarct: Using electric vehicles is a suitable solution to deal with environmental pollution and atmospheric pollutants. The present research is conducted with the aim of identifying and prioritizing the challenges of sustainable supply chain management of electric vehicles in Iran. The approach of this research is hybrid and practical in terms of purpose. two groups of academic experts and managers and experts of two Pars Khodro and Iran Khodro companies are used to design the conceptual frxamework of the research; The total number of statistical sample is 17 people who are selected by purposeful sampling method. In the qualitative stage of the fuzzy Delphi technique to identify the components and in the quantitative stage of the criteria identified by the fuzzy AHP technique, the desired options are ranked according to the weights determined in the hierarchical analysis stage. The findings show that the challenges related to the economic index were ranked first, the environmental index ranked second, and the challenges related to the social index ranked third. in prioritizing sub-criteria; In the economic index, the challenge of electric vehicle battery technology ranked first, and the product price challenge ranked second. In the sub-criterion related to the environmental challenge, the challenge of social acceptance was ranked first and the challenge of after-sales service was ranked next. In the challenge of social factors, the environmental pollution component of electric car batteries was given first priority and battery recycling was given second priority.
