Abstarct:   The main purpose of this thesis examination feasibility assessment of the use of photovoltaic energy (PV) and wind in the production process Energy for supply of water treatment plants and water installations in Garmah and Jajarm. Selection of production technology Done with engineering and economic data. Due to the impact of the power level of power generated by the power plant The geographical and weather conditions of the area, the project feasibility using NASA and software data Redscreen has been analyzed and analyzed. Economic evaluation and project financial analysis also because Conduct all the parameters that influence the design with this software and in the cost of the annual cost Has been. In this way, the benefits and disadvantages of the project are calculated annually through the project life and with Risk analysis and sensitivity analysis of this species found that the construction of a photovoltaic power plant for cities Garmah and Jajarm are completely economically viable and are not economically justified due to the technical issues of the wind power plant. Returns and domestic return rates will be 5 years and 1.17 percent, respectively.
