Abstarct: Abstract: Wealth creation, technology development and productive employment are three important reasons for paying attention to entrepreneurship. According to experts, entrepreneurship in the competitive and changing conditions of today's world is an effective solution for economic and social development. Creation, development and promotion of entrepreneurial behavior depends on various factors such as psychological and personality traits of people as well as environmental and structural factors. This thesis seeks to investigate the role of psychological capital in organizational entrepreneurship in knowledge-baxsed companies, and for this purpose, the research model with four psychological components of self-efficacy, Hope, optimism and resilience (flexibility) have been combined and analyzed with Pearson's correlation test. The research methodology is field-survey and the measurement tool is Neo questionnaire (McCree and Costa, 1985). The results of the research indicate that there is a meaningful and positive relationship between the components of psychological capital and its dimensions and organizational entrepreneurship, and it has been concluded that managers and officials who pay attention to psychological dimensions and their development through training result in improving and developing the entrepreneurship process.
