Abstarct: Today, competition between companies is at its peak. If companies, despite their vastness and brilliant history, are not able to update themselves, they are doomed. The IoT system, which is considered a new system, is expanding rapidly and has attracted the attention of various companies. This system is able to optimize many things in a company according to its mechanism. Given that each emerging system has positive and negative features, we decided to use experts in this field and multi-criteria decision making (MCDM) methods to extract the challenges of using the IoT system and find out which factors, companies Faces bigger and more serious challenges. There are many challenges that in this research we address the ten main challenges 1) Political and governmental view 2) Reliability view 3) Service view 4) Profitability view 5) Security view 6) Networking view 7) Organizational issues view 8 9) A look at privacy 9) A look at social issues and 10) A look at environmental impacts, and with a questionnaire in this regard and the help of 14 experts, we have obtained the initial data. Then, using Lingo software, we have modeled the Rough Strength-Relation method and the best-worst method and analyzed the data obtained from experts, the results of which are presented in Chapter 4 of this research.
