Abstarct: Discovering, nurturing, and choosing the right leadership style is an important issue for managers, especially for leaders of growing organizations and unstable environments whose their goals are to change employees behavior, entrepreneurship, job satisfaction and ultimately the progress of the organization. To achieve such goals, managers need to explore the desires and abilities of employees and in this direction cultivate them and by observing the promotion of employees in this field, encourage them to continue such behavior. Therefore, the present study seeks 'A comparative study of leadership styles on employees behavioral variables' to show the effectiveness of this matter. The present study is a survey method that in terms of purpose, it is part of applied research. A questionnaire was used to collect data and Cronbach's alpha, CVI and CVR methods have been used to evaluate its validity and reliability. Also in order to perform research hypotheses of multivariate regression, modeling, correlation, mean difference by SPSS-26 software and structural equation modeling done with Amos software. The research findings indicate that there is a positive relationship between different leadership styles and employee's behavioral variables. This means that by increasing the characteristics of leadership styles, we will see an increase in various employee's behavioral variables. Finally, the level of significance (P) is high (0.05 percent), RMSEA is below (0.08) and Casquier (57.58) and X2 / DF is below (3.000), all indicate the significance of the relationships and the validity of statistical estimates. However, baxsed on the most important research findings, it can be seen that in all relations and statistical models obtained from regression methods, the independent variable of the multiplicative leadership style in all models, influencing the dependent variables of employee components plays an important role and is present in all models. While other independent variables do not play such a role.
