Abstarct: Today, organizations deal with many economic, environmental and social problems. To engage in sustainable activities, they have incorporated environmental and social concerns into conventional economic objectives. The CCPP is a good example of an open system with multistage processes and interconnected activities. Assessing the effectiveness of CCPPs is a complex task because there are a variety of inputs (outputs) that enter each stage of the network. In addition, there may be intermediate products consumed by the same power plants. We call such factors the Loop of intermediate measures. The developed Network Data Envelopment Analysis (NDEA) models have been used to measure the efficiency and effectiveness of CCPPs. The presented models are considered to evaluate the efficiency of power plants and their sub-divisions in the assumption of CRS (Constant Scale Efficiency) and input and input-output approaches. In this study, after examining the efficiency of power plants under the previous models and the developed model, we found significant changes in efficiency scores.
