Abstarct: Traditional supply chains often face to numerous challenges such as uncertainty, high cost, complexity and vulnerability. In order to overcome these issues, and given the ever-increasing advances in technologies, supply chains must be smart so that their processes are automated and better managed. In fact, the tactical and operational decisions of enterprises and companies should be taken at a lower time and faster pace, and in order to maintain competitive advantage in today's business world, we must reduce non-valuable costs and increase customer responsiveness. Nowadays, partners and actors in a chain, including suppliers, producers, micro and macro distributors, and ultimately end-users, need more transparency than past to information and inventory. Achieving the cloud supply chain is the a goal that we are pursuing in this research to reach to smart supply chains. To this end, this thesis utilizes a modern concept called cloud manufacturng to optimize a production model. the fourth chapter of thesis is dedicated to the presentation of a car manufacturing model in the cloud manufacturing space. then a mathematical programming model has been developed to optimize the composition of services provided by potential and qualified service providers in cloud manufacturing. In the fifth chapter of this research will investigate the importance of the IoT technology in the supply chain of the manufacturing industry and will be evaluated it's main concerns and challenges. In this chapter, the decision-making technique of analysis hierarchical process in a fuzzy environment (Fuzzy AHP) has been used and the challenges of use of the industrial IoT were evaluated.Ultimately, it is hoped that the results from this study will lead to insights for effective and efficient supply chain management, especially when using new concepts such as the IoT and cloud manufacturing.
