Abstarct: Entrepreneurial activities in developing countries are different from entrepreneurial activities in developed countries. The relationship between entrepreneurial activities and economic development is associated with changes in various stages of economic development and in per capita GDP growth. In developing countries, the relationship between economic development and the level of entrepreneurship is negative. While in developed countries this is a positive relationship. baxsed on the data of 62 member countries of the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor (GEM) between 2016-2007, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of economic development on entrepreneurship. More precisely, this research seeks to analyze the relationship between economic growth and the various stages of entrepreneurial activity. To this end, we distinguish between the three stages of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial inovation, total early-stage entrepreneurship, and established entrepreneurship. Emprical results have shown that thease three different stages of entrepreneurial activity are negatively related to economic development. Also, the results indicate that as the countries move towards higher stages of economic development, the rate of entrepreneurial activity decreases, and as much entrepreneurial activity is stable, with the increase in countries development, the rate of decline in Entrepreneurial activities will be less. The more, the countries develop to the higher stages; the incentive for entrepreneurial activities will have a strong and negative relationship with economic development. While established levels of entrepreneurship will have the least reduction if economies more developed.
