Abstarct: Millions of work-related accidents happen every year. Some of these accidents cause deaths and others cause temporary disability, which may last for months. Work-related accidents cause discomfort to people and economic losses, and society suffers a lot. It is therefore important to avoid them. Therefore, in this research, considering the importance of personnel safety issues and public attention to reduce the employees' hazards, the issue of safety risk assessment of the employees of roll Gostar Company was investigated. Sampling was carried out using snowball method. The method of collecting data in the early stages of the type of library study, which is obtained by studying numerous articles. Then, the line-rolling process was examined through an open interview with a number of staff and supervisors working at luleh Gostar Company. After that, the potential scenarios of the fault that led to injury and human casualties were identified. In this research, the FMEA technique, an analytical method, is used to assess and identify hazards. Finally, the resulting risks were listed for valuation in the FMEA table. The valuation of S, O, and D items was done using a questionnaire and by experts. In the following, the risk priority number was calculated using Excel software and priority hazard has been identified. Then, using the FMEA, FMECA technique, the criticality matrix of the FMECA technique was drawn using two items of intensity and probability of occurrence. It is necessary to root the root causes for controlling accidents. The FTA method was graphically mapped to the root causes of priority events. In assessing 110 risks in the rolling line have been identified. These hazards have 131 effects on employee safety. Risk numbers range from 6 to 554, with a critical risk equivalent of 140, of which 52 are among the unacceptable and high risk levels.
