Abstarct: Nowadays, the economic systems play an important role in the financial systems, the money and capital markets, and, consequently, the financial and credit institutions that are at the head of the banks. On the other hand, with the ever-increasing advancement in technology and the shift from banking services from traditional banking to electronic banking, competition between banks and other financial institutions has intensified the rapid and quicker provision of electronic services and in the meantime, institutions are more successful in performance than any other. Analyzing the performance of banks in terms of providing electronic services as a kind of higher education institutions can help to improve their competitive position. The main purpose of this research is to analyze and analyze the performance of 19 branches of Khorasan Razavi Bank in the use of electronic banking. ( Due to the confidentiality of the statistics and bank data, we consider the bank α.) In this paper, two methods of data envelopment analysis and analysis of the main components are presented. The efficiency of bank branches was calculated using the BCC covering model of the output-axis with the assumption of variable returns versus scale, and the output-oriented cover CCR model with constant returns to the scale. for ratings of the branches ,Using the Anderson-Patterson method. The inputs of this research included: Number of Employees, Training hours, Number of ATMs, And Number of POS devices, And outputs included: Total amount of transaction of ATM machine, Total ATM Transaction Count, The number of successful ATM machine transactions, Number of failed ATM transactions, ATM Cash Transaction Number, Number of non-cash transactions of ATM machine, The number of Pose's successful Transaction, Number of Cash Transactions Pose. The study of the calculated efficiency indicates that, due to the large number of data, most efficient branches were selected. As a result, we reduced the number of data for a more accurate analysis using principal components analysis method and with input and two outputs, we calculated the efficiency of the branches by using the data envelopment analysis method in both the BCC and CCR output-coated arrays. The results show that in the case of CCR, Tabarsi and Beitol-Moqaddas branches have a score of 0.83 and 0.96, respectively, and in the BCC state of the branch, with a score of 0.762 and the Beitol-Moqaddas with a score of 0.93, the second In the provision of electronic services.
