Abstarct: The alignment of today's organizations in achieving shared management patterns has led to the emergence of new techniques in the field of guidance and leadership of organizations and the expansion of their application globally. One of these techniques is the approach of evaluation centers. One of these techniques is the approach of assessment centers. Through assessment of individuals who are engaged in the organization, assessment centers identify the competencies of individuals and their development pathways, helping individuals achieve the goals, responsibilities and implementation of the organization's plans. On the other hand, one of the new methods used by organizations to impress employees is gamification. Gamification means using the thinking and technique of the game for a purpose other than the game. It affects candidates through creating a targeted game, in a predictable and designed process. Through using gamification in assessment centers, the organizations can influence the motivation of the individual and increase the effectiveness of the assessments. The purpose of this research is to provide a model for employing a gamification in the development of competency assessment centers. The methodology of the study is grounded theory. The method of collecting the data is semi-structured in-depth interviews with 18 experts and snowball method. In this field (academics and experts in the field of assessment centers and gamification) and theoretical sampling was done. For analysis of the data, continuous comparison was used in the theory of Glaser in three stages, open coding, axial and selective coding. Finally, at the selected coding stage, each data obtained was analyzed, and the theory was created.
