Abstarct: In recent years, emphasis has been placed on the importance of selecting suppliers. Effective selection and evaluation of suppliers is an important responsibility that should always be considered by the purchasing managers. The viability of selecting suppliers is due to the effects on the elements of the final products of the organizations. The selection of suppliers is one of the things that plays a significant role in the timely production system. Hence, effective interactions with suppliers are considered as one of the most important issues in the field of supply chain management and an effective factor for survival in the competition market. The evaluation and selection of the best suppliers requires decision making baxsed on different criteria. Considering the necessity of choosing the supplier in providing the buyer's requirements in terms of quality products at the price, volume and at the right time to create the proper supply chain in the production environment, in this research, we decided to consider this in the Saipa automobile company in order to achieve the optimum supply chain in the production environment during this period. In this thesis, the main component analysis method was used to reduce variables and the mixed method of demextal and fuzzy ANP were used to prioritize factors. The study was a survey and information was gathered by distributing a questionnaire among 15 experts working in the Saipa automobile company. The innovations made in this research are baxsed on previous research on the use of evolutionary methods for mixed fuzzy multivariate decision making. This method is also used for the first time in the production space at the Saipa automobile company. Implementing and analyzing the results in this research has been done using MATLAB software, which is one of the most accurate and efficient softwares in this field.
