HA18 : Intoduction of Customer Satisfaction Index Model in Greate Hotels of Iran

Abstarct: Due to the importance of customer satisfaction in the hotel industry and the need of great hotels of Iran for a uniform system for Measurement, evaluation and comparison of customer satisfaction, This study sought to provide a suitable model for customer sat-isfaction index of great hotels. up to now, it has never been offered and tested a native and comprehensive model for evaluating customer satisfaction index, hence this research is a new pace in the hotel industry of Iran. In the proposed model, relationships be-tween variables, (image, service quality, perceived value, customer satisfaction and cus-tomer loyalty) in an integrated configuration has been investigated. Research population, is customers of grand hotels of Iran located in the cities of Tehran, Isfahan and Shahrekord. In this study, we used standard questionnaires edited by the guide of the Supervisor. Content validity has been confirmed repeatedly by experts. Cronbach's al-pha was used to assess its reliability. Data collected using Spss and Amos software were analyzed and proposed model using Structural Equation Modeling was reviewed and amended. Finally, a suitable model for customer satisfaction index in the great hotels were presented.
