Abstarct: The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between organizational leadership trustworthiness leadership style and the mediating role of job seeking among employees of National Bank Branches in Neyshabur. The statistical population of this research includes employees of National Bank Branches of Neyshabur. A simple random sampling method was adopted in accordance with the statistical population. For determining the sample size, the Cochran formula was used. The sample size was at least 20 leaders (bank managers) and 80 employees. The two groups answered the used questionnaires. The first group, a servant leadership questionnaire with 20 pages between deputies and heads of branches of the National Bank of Melli Neyshabour was distributed to all 20 questionnaires after completing the return and the second group responded to job and trustworthiness questionnaires. 80 questionnaires were distributed among them, and all of them returned the questionnaires after completion. The Servant Leadership Questionnaire is a score that a person gains from a variety of dimensions (social love, friendship, insight, and empowerment) through responding to the 24-question questionnaire by Taylor's Servant Leader in order to assess the leadership style of a servant in leaders. The organizational trust questionnaire is a score that a person earns by answering the 49-item questionnaire of organizational trust, Alonen et al. (2008). . Job Exercise Questionnaire is a score that a person earns by responding to the 17-question questionnaire Salunawa and Schoffell's career aspirations (2001). The purpose of the validity is to measure the scale and content of the tool or the questions contained in the instrument exactly the variables and the subject of the study, since the questionnaires used in this research are valid questionnaires that have been approved by the researchers and the supervisor, then the content validity It is confirmed. Because Cronbach's alpha for this set of questions is larger than 0.7, so this sub-test has the reliability or validity. After examining the reliability of each of the sub-tests, the whole questionnaire can be examined and the total variance of each test and the variance of the entire Cronbach's alpha questionnaire were obtained. The coefficient for the servant leadership questionnaire, job enthusiasm and organizational trust was 0/736, 0/935 and 0/823 respectively. In order to analyze the collected data, at the descxriptive level, using descxriptive statistics, the descxriptive and demographic characteristics of the sample population in the research were analyzed, including gender, age, work record and education level. In analytical statistics, to investigate the effects between the variables of research and the research hypotheses have been used from structural equation modeling and focal correlation using SPSS 24 software. The results of this study showed that the survey of servant leadership style on organizational trust components in National Bank Branches of Neyshabur city revealed that the leadership style of the servant has a positive and significant effect on organizational trust. Also, the leadership style of the servant has a positive and significant effect on job thirst and job thirst on organizational trust. Also, in examining the role of a servant leadership and organizational trust, it became clear that career enthusiasm had a mediating role.
